LINDSEY
I'm the founder and Nurse Practitioner behind New Era Health & Wellness. I started this practice because too many women get rushed through their appointments, dismissed, and left unable to tell their stories. They deserve so much better than that.
I'm a Family Nurse Practitioner and a women's health and hormone specialist. I earned my Bachelor's in Human Development and Family Studies from Michigan State University, my Bachelor's in Nursing from the University of Rochester, and my Master's in Nursing from Binghamton University. I've spent over a decade in women's health, caring for women at every age and stage.
What I believe is simple. Women deserve real, honest information about their own bodies. Not the rushed version, not the brushed off version, but the full picture. When you understand what's happening and why, you can make decisions with confidence, and that's the kind of care I want every woman who walks through my door to feel.
There's always more to learn, and I'm here to find it all and share it with the women I serve. Because the tough seasons get a little less tough when you don't have to face them in the dark.

GABBY
I'm a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and Licensed Master Social Worker at New Era Health & Wellness. I came into this work because I believe mental wellness is about so much more than a quick prescription. It's about truly understanding a woman's full story, and helping her find her way back to herself.
My path here wasn't a straight line, and I'm grateful for that. I earned my Bachelor's from Mansfield University and my Master's in Social Work from Binghamton University, then spent years as a social worker in both emergency and outpatient settings. That time taught me how much people quietly carry, and how often they go unheard. From there I earned my Bachelor's in Nursing from Utica University, working as a nurse in the emergency department before becoming a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at Binghamton University. Today I work in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
What I believe is simple. Real mental wellness comes from being seen and understood, not rushed through. Because I spent years listening to people's stories before ever writing a prescription, I'm able to offer medication management on a deeper level, care that's built around who you really are and what you're truly living through.
My greatest hope is to help the women I serve find a new kind of freedom. When your mental wellness improves, everything else opens back up. I'm here to walk that road with you.
