The initial visit is $250, which includes a full medical history review, evaluation, and discussion to implement your personalized care plan. We’ll also provide you with articles related to the safety of hormone replacement therapy and other important information.
MembersHip Model
Starting memberships begin at $225 per month with a 3- month commitment to ensure you receive tailored, fully personalized hormone care and treatment planning.
Once your hormones are optimized, you have the option to transition to a fee-for-service model— $150 per appointment

We prioritize your health without the limitations of insurance dictating your care, allowing us to focus entirely on you and your unique needs.
